I am getting the error message that the file int.etx is missing on starting outlook, saying I should put the file in the client directory of Navision. It actually is there! I have installed HotFix 12 for Nav 3.70 in a different directory than the one recommended by the installation routine, including the outlook toolbar. I have first de-installed the old version 3.70. I tried to find an answer in the partner guide, but no sufficient answer there. Any recommendations? [?]
I had the same problem. There are different versions of Navision running on my computer. After I installed version 3.70, I had to install version 3.60 Since that time I had the outlook-error. So I put the files int.etx and int.stx from 3.70 in the 3.60 directory and had no more error-message.
Thanx Eric, I have even more versions on my machine. I can confirm that after I put it in the client directory of the last installed version (in this case 3.60) it worx without the error message! [:)]
This error comes from the “outlook bar” dll included in 3.70. You need to disable the addin in outlook itself through Tools>Options … or do the above.
