Minimum average quantity in AX 2009

Where can I find the minimum aveage quantity mentioned in the article below?

They do not exist in AX2009 from memory - you will note the article you reference is version 4.0. There were significant costing changes between teh versions, especially for average cost. I cannot 100% be sure they no longer exist, but they used to be set on the inventory close procedure itself.
