Hello There,

My clients are getting the .Net error while edit any SO, when i check on the server same error is appearing. But when i check in my machine, its working fine. i’ve already uninstall and re-install the client as well, but same issue, can someone assist me with the solution…?

As far My understanding is concerned as you mentioned that on your PC AX 2012 client… every thing is fine then no point no worrying why it is not working on your end , and secondly you mentioned that your clients are getting this error when exactly they are getting this error i mean while creating or posting if possible can you debug by going to client place … this is my understanding and my suggestion I don’t think what It may be all right but i firmly believe this steps worth trying…

Could you please share the solution for above query if you have found any as I am also getting same error only for 1 user.

Its looks weird as all other users can access the same form without any error.

Hi Sammy,

I’ve been noticed that the said error occurs because of Data Usage, kindly clear the User Data and restart the App, it will work fine.

Solution:i

System Administrator----> Common----> Users----> Select the user-----> Sammy----> Options----> Data Usage---->Reset.

By reseting data usage, system will clear all the usage which is used by the user than restart your app, it will work fine.
