We (IT University of Copenhagen) are undertaking an empirical study on "customization and upgrade of Microsoft Dynamics products". I met Sebastien yesterday at Convergence. He is woring with the Dynamics team in Vaedbek on Upgrades. His group are preparing a phd, and this looks liek it will be closely watched by Microsift in the future of how upgrades will work in Navision and Axapta, (so the future Dynamics product).

I think it will be of help to everyone that wants to get feed back to Microsoft about upgrades to complete this survey. This is just the first step, and we should see more posts from Sebastian here in the future.

I did the survey, but at the end I got a SQL error. So I don’t know if the survey was saved or not.
I am using Firefox 1.5.0.8.

I did the survey yesterday and didn’t get an error but I am also using Internet Explorer 6.
