Microsoft Dynamics C5: How to print quarterly report?

I just started to work on the Danish Microsoft Dynamics C5 ver. 3.0.
I want to print the quarterly balance of all accounts.
but after I select udskrifter / Financial> Balance> Balance, and enter the date and number of accounts from-to the balance, the whole screen disappears and I have to re-login. What’s wrong?

Hi Joanna,

I’m sorry we’ve not been able to help you. I think that nobody saw you’re were talking about Dynamics C5. Not a very well known product outside of Denmark. So I have taken the liberty to change the subject and move it to the Danish forum. This should raise the chance of finding an answer.
