Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail Offline Sync Service "starting"

Hello guys!

I am trying to set up a offline POS in the store, but I cant get the Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail Offline Sync Service started… It only hangs on the status starting.

Please help.
