The bank has come to us after 5 years of sucessful check printing from Navision to tell us that our MICR font is too big. Can anyone tell me where in NAV 5.0 I change the font size for the MICR line? I am not a NAV guy. Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Depends on what your NAV License allows you to do.
Check out the report selections (sorry, don’t remember where it is in the navigation menu) and find the ID of the report you are using for your checks. From there you can open Tools → Object Designer, find that report, and Design it. From there you can View → Sections, and find the the MICR text box. View → Properties will give you one called Font Size that you can change.
Do it in a test database first, though.
