Message Limit In AX 2012 R3

Hi,

I went some stuff online about the development options online and I came across the Message limit option in it.

I tried the value of the message limit and info log doesn’t seem to reduce its size and I found that the size of Infolog comes from the Info class view build method.

Can anyone please suggest me what is the purpose of that option in Ax 2012 R3 and also how to use it.

Please advise.

I’m quite sure that this parameter is used inside Info.add(). Take a look there (I don’t have any AX 2012 environment on hand).
