In the standard database NAV CRONUS International standard data base . In the form sales Order 42 . In general Tab (field: No of Archived version is getting populated when the menu item Functions-> Archive Document is clicked it is added in the sales List Archive.Similarly my senior consultant has asked me to do for another field named no of archived version 2 which should get updated when i click a menu button . Please help me . should i create a new table and use TRANSFERFIELD keyword.Got struck Please give me the solution .
