How could I transfer my items from one location to another within same warehouse using master planning, not with manual created transfer journal? Can I do it with 2012 R3?

No, a transfer order is warehouse to warehouse. There is a site setting to use transfer journals over orders on the site record - but location to location is not possible from planning (I believe)
