I have problem with setup minimum purchase quantity for different warehouses. For ex. the same product in warehouse A is min purchase quantity is 24k pcs., in warehouse B only 1k pcs. How I can setup it.
You cannot, the highest level is site specific (site specific order settings), warehouse specific would be a modification for minimum purchase order quantity.
