Is there a way for a Service Department through “Service Items” to raise Sales Orders or similar to notify others of the requirement to Supply / Purchase spare and warranty exchange parts?
Further to this if anyone has information on the intended work flow of the service module I would appreciate a URL or 2 on this subject.
