If I have intered some instruction in discription tab of the route by selecting the discription type as “Instruct”.

What can be the reason why this text in not appearing in Making sheet (batch order>picking journal or route card journal>print documents>making sheet).

This is happenning only for one item hence i believe there is some parameter to fix this.

The “making sheet” is a modification of yours, and therefore I suggest you start with a review of this. There is simply a print button in standard.
