mail merging using office 2007

Hello…

i was jus going thru the Application guide… for how to set up a letter in MS word with NAV. So the intial step suggest me to create a template in word. am having Office 2007. Please help me to insert merge field from Mail merge category. Is it possible with 2007?. it shows tat option grayed out. Please get back…
