LS retail Data Director Error

Myself Nitin Patil
I m facing problem in LS retail Data Director,When I m trying to take test connection with data director I get below error.
" 12296 : Error Connecting data base"
I check connection string and its working fine.
Below are my environments for DD

  1. I m using 6.00 sql server for connecting the data director.

  2. I m able to acces database from my outlet as well as HO.

  3. I m using one server for two different outlet.

  4. Using two different ports for respective outlet.

  5. Second outlet is running successfully.

  6. Same condition in Host and services file which I use second outlet.

Kindly help me out to remove this error

Have you checked the NAS?

  1. Import right *.fif file?

  2. DD Connection tested?

  3. If DD connection test failed, please check outlet database have rights or not & outlet firewall is off?

  4. HO can resolve outlets domain name?
