I am facing an issue. In all reports (standard / customized / new) the lookup in select button is not working.
any idea how to fix this.
Please, don’t describe problems as “is not working” - tell is what happens. If you don’t tell us enough information, we won’t be able to identify the problem and you won’t get any solution. So it’s in your interest to give us as much information about the issue as possible.
Do you get any error? Or no lookup form shows, but without any error? Does it happen just with this particular field or everywhere? Does it happen for fields with all data types? Do you have any customizations in the form?
If it’s just about Customer account, does the lookup work if you try it from other places, such as in table browser or in another form?
