Hello - I work for a company that has recently implemented NAV 2013 R2. We are having issues with our logo. When it is being printed on all types of forms, a small broken line appears on the bottom right corner of our company logo. I am the marketing person and sent multiple files to the consultants and for some reason, between our IT team and the consultants, they can’t figure out why it is printing with this mark. I am hoping someone can give me some assistance! Please, thank you!

Hello, thanks for the quick reply! I tried different versions of the logo. I could be wrong, but do not believe it is in fact the logo…To my knowledge it only appears on the hard copies, so I have scanned hard copies for you to see. Depending on the size of the logo (because we’re still playing around with what we like) the lines show more/less. I have also taken a screen shot of our logo (PNG file)

try to use other image formats (bmp and jpeg). set the scaling/sizing to autosize.
