linking of new pages under navigation pane of RTC 2009

hi

I want to create a role center with new pages/reports under new/old menus in the navigation pane.What activities has to be done for acheiving this task?

Are you working on forms (that you uipdate and will transform to pages) or directly on pages?

Transformation is ok,but i want to know how to add the new page in the navigation pane of RTC 2009 (under our own customized menu)?
