Can we track, how many user get license permission error at the time of login in Navision.

Exactly what do you want to track? People who cannot get in because of no more user licenses? Or other errors?

I want to track how many people cannot get in navision because of no more user licenses.

Well, you can’t track it easily. You certainly can’t save the data to a table in NAV because they can’t get in. So that leaves saving it to an external database.
