RTC license comes with Dynamics NAV Server and you need to purchase that granule if you want to use it. In case you don’t purchase the same, you can continue to use the classic client (NAV DB and SQL Server option).

How are you able to make this claim when your original post asks if you can putchase it without the RTC?
Are you referencing the minimum hardware requirements rather than the RTC element itself?
