Hello, We are running attain 3.10. When trying to post a sales order (ship and invoice) we get an error: The Ledger Entry Dimension already exists… for table 5802 (Value Entry). Any ideas or suggestions for the cause or a solution? Thanks, Brian.
I saw this error once, and really didn’t spend too much time to fix it, (was waiting for it to happen again). In the end I just went and deleted the existing Dimension, and posted the invoice.
