HI,

can anyone please tell me what are the ledger entries get effected when i create a sales order,purchase order, sale invoice , purchase invoice

Just use the NAGIVATE button , it tells which table & w hich ledger entries effected.

When u do the sales hipment :

  1. Posted shipment

  2. Item ledger entry

  3. Value entry

When u do the sales invoice :

  1. Posted sale invoice

  2. VaLue entry

  3. G/L entry

When u do the Purchase receipt :

  1. Posted Purchase receipt

2…Item ledger entry

3.Value entry

When u do the purchase invoice :

  1. Posted purchase invoice

  2. VaLue entry

  3. G/L entry
