LC Amendment charges (Ledger transaction)

Hi,

Referencing to the technet link (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh242097.aspx at Amend letter of credit details) I would like the amendment generates a ledger transaction mentions that the company is paying for a bank fee when it’s the company’s “fault”.

Is that possible in AX2012 ?
