launch.json and Extension publishing - have setup "schemaUpdateMode": "Synchronize", but exist data gone.

Hi All.

I have issue, which is not drive me creazy, but …

I have launch.json like below (have setup “schemaUpdateMode”: “Synchronize”) and when I publish extension the exist data from previous publishing gone. Based on Docs from MS it should not be like this… What do you think is going wrong?

…
“authentication”: “Windows”,
“startupObjectId”: 22

Hi Red Fox,

Which build is this? This was a problem in the initial builds.

But works fine for me to set it to Synchronize. It only deletes data when yo set it to recreate.
