Klaus Holse Andersen to Lead Microsoft Dynamics Worldwide Sales and Operations## Leadership role will include responsibility for global sales of Microsoft Dynamics portfolio.

VEDBAEK, Denmark — March 12, 2007 — Last week, Microsoft Corp. announced that Klaus Holse Andersen has been promoted to corporate vice president and will take on responsibility for worldwide sales and operations for Microsoft Dynamics. Based in the Microsoft Development Center Copenhagen (MDCC) in Denmark, Andersen will be responsible for global sales of the Microsoft Dynamics™ business applications portfolio and will retain his position as site leader for MDCC, Europe’s biggest software development center, located just north of Copenhagen.

With his promotion to corporate vice president, Andersen joins the global leadership team at Microsoft. Andersen is the second executive from Denmark to be named a Microsoft corporate vice president.

Andersen joined Microsoft in 2001. He was previously the CEO of Internet Ventures Scandinavia. Before that, he held top positions at LIC Energy and Oracle Corp. He holds a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Copenhagen and serves on the board of several IT companies.
