Dear All,

How to setup a kitchen monitor setup to display the orders from front office to kitchen monoitor in LS Retail Hospitality in NAV2009 R2. pls any one can help me out this…

HI

use the document approval concept , once the front desk created a order the order has to create work order (work order screen screen has to be shown in the kitchen)

update the kitchen screen in particular time interval - use Form - OnTimer() trigger to update the screen in particular time interval,

or else you can use web services so that the service desk can use the iphone or ipad to get the order from customer
