# Job with invalid resource Gantt Chart - AX 2012 R3

Hi everyone,

I have a doubt in reference to the Gantt Chart.

I job schedule all my orders and process jobs are generated and assigned to valid resources according to their routes.

If I open the Gantt Chart showing all the resources (or just some of them) I can reschedule a job to an invalid resource, I mean a resource which can’t process my job according to its capabilities. I’ve noticed that validation doesn’t detect this nor warn about this fact.

Is there a way to avoid this invalid rescheduling? Am I missing some existing functionality to avoid this wrong rescheduling?
