how can i use 3 units of measurement for the same item(in all transactions) Considering that there is no fixed relation between the 3 units ? is there any way to achieve this ?

you have to make a relation between 3 UOM by using UNITConvert form

If there is no fixed relation they are arguably three separate items 
Use the Unit conversion form for the 3 types of units- Inventory unit, Sales unit and Purchase unit.
