Is there any way to get alert or message if there is not enough qyt in inventory when I post sales journal to transfer to sales order in AX 2009?

You are changing the status from journal to order? Do you have reservations activated?
I post journals from Periodic and activated reservation.

No I do not believe you can as standard, the periodic job changes the header status to sales order without refreshing the lines and calling the reservation code. I would need to set it up, but I presume you have reservations on and it is not telling you so therefore it does not do it.
