Item not on Inventory Error

Lots of times when there is nothing seems to be wrong, the error ‘Item is not on inventory’ pops up when posting transfer orders for receiving the items. This i have been facing for number of customers lately. What usually causes this problem and what is the solution especially when items are already shipped and ready to recieve.

I have seen most of the times reservation and off-late adjustments (i.e. from 5.0) from In-Transit as one of the factor. But as I said “most of the times”. I would suggest to search here people wud have for sure shared there experiences. [:D]
