Should shipments be posted to the Item Ledger Entry table in Advanced Distribution? We are seeing some shipment entries, but not a direct relationship between between shipments and invoices. Any help would be appreciated. Jonathan Eby IT Manager Naxos of America, Inc. jeby@naxosusa.com
Jonathan, (Ver 2.6f) On the Item Ledger for the invoice, go to the Closed By Entry No. field. Press F6 (lookup), this will display another Item Ledger list and points to the shipment. If you want to see the receipt (or positive adjustment) from where the shipment pulled the quantity, press the Application menu button (while sitting on the shipment entry), select Applied Entries menu item, another screen pops up, choose Applied-to Entry No. field and press F6.
