Item charges and Item Tracking?

We are trying to assign item charges (on a credit note) to an item with S/N specific tracking. When trying to assign it to the line of the shipment, the system gives an error “Item Shpt. Entry No. must not be 0 in Sales Shipment Line 1000…” The item shpt. Entry No. is 0 because there is S/N specific tracking. So, is this a bug or does item charge assignment work differently for S/N tracked parts in Navision 3.70[?]

Hi Markus Having just run it through it looks like a bug, acts like a bug and smells like a bug. I say its a bug [:D]. I suggest you report it to your NSC and hopefully get a code fix.
