Item BOM journal and Item tracking

Hi,

We have a client who runs Navision 4.02. They operate several warehouses, the main one using directed put way.One of their operations involves creation of BOM.Most of their stock items have item tracking.

Problem

How do one record the item tracking details of components in the BOM being used when you post the item BOM journal.

The functionality does not exist against the BOM journal, if you search this forum you will see many similar posts.

You can’t use Item tracking when you are making booms to achieve that you must use manufacturing.
