Issue in workflow

I am getting below error in AX 2009 AP1

Cannot edit a record in Alerts - Event inbox (EventInbox).
The record has never been selected.

I tried restarting the AOS and IIS.

Please let me know the solution to solve this issue.

Last time i encounter such issue also.

If i recall correctly, we need to clear the data in the EventCUD table.
