Is Value not possible with relation field fixed?

Hi All,

I want a relation with MainAccount table with type != 8 accounts. Is this possible to put a relation field fixed with value != 8 ? Or Have I put relations with all other Type field conditions?

I added fixed relation conditions with all conditions other than 8 and interestly accepted. AX original documents says fixed conditions adds AND clause to relation but seem if there are more than one fixed conditions it puts OR for fixeds and after groupped them put one AND…
