Is it possible to program non used Function Keys in Navision??

I know Navision doesn’t use F9 or F10. Is there any way to do something with these keys to make users do less typing? I would like to put some default values into these keys if possible.

On our last system we could do it.

This is done on a form by form basis only. Even the default shortcuts like F9 for statistics are done this way.
