Ok, there is nothing called Journal Voucher in standard NAV W1. Is it the same as the “General Journal”?
Yes. An old entry posted with wrong amount without updating dimensions(approx. 2 yrs back). Now I want to reverse that entry without updating dimensions. But the system is not allowing this.
Can you be more specific about the system error?

Select a Dimension Value Code for the Dimension Code PRODUCT."
PRODUCT is global dimension code 2.
I think you are missing the selection of dimension code value for PRODUCT at time of posting of process, check dim. before posting.

2 years back you must have not set Code mandotory option for Product Dimension on account which you are trying to post now…
I am not sure why you are reversing an entry which is posted 2 yrs back…
You can temporarily remove code mandotory check and post…
Dont forget to set code mandotory on account after posting…
