My doubt is how to update the inventory without any purchase or production order.
My requirement is my client has a manufacturing unit but the production details are not set to update the inventory so how to update the inventory now

The only ways that immediately come to mind would be with an item journal or an inventory journal.
My first question though would be : Why isn’t inventory being updated with purchase order or production order transactions ? Without these, all you’re going to see are stock variances in your ledgers.
