I want to match the phyiscal inventory with the GL accounts, can you suggest which are the account i need to consider for matching it

You need to check this with inventory receipt and issue account. Normally same ledger is passed there.
Try using inventory value report, that is generally used for reco.

Yes… all the inventory issues and receipts account needs to be included. That constitutes inventory account.
