Inventory pick auto created with wrong source document quantity

Setup:

  • Require Pick

  • Bin Mandatory

  • Lot Controlled item

Process:

  1. Lot numbered item is put on sales order for 124 FT and Qty to Ship is 124 FT.

  2. Go to action > functions > create invt pick

  3. Inventory pick is generated by NAV

  4. Go into Pick

  5. Discover Quantity on pick is for 164 FT instead of 124 FT as listed on sales order. <<<< ISSUE? What are the reasons this can possibly occur? I looked everywhere and couldnt find a clue! Please shed some light here.
