Dear All,

Please could anyone tell why we get this error when are trying to import users from Active Directory.

I am not able to import users from AD.

Are you changing the ADAlias during the import of users from AD?

well i simply click on Import and select the domain and search the AD for the users and add the users… I have not changed Alias anytime.

When I want to add a user/users i Use the Import Button. select the domain and search for a particular user if I have to add just one user or search the whole AD if there are many users. and i check the users i want to add and say next. never tried changing the ALias.
