Intranet URL to Public URL

Hi to All,

Recently i have done Ax to magento E-commerce website integration by using web-services and it is Working ok in my local server for that i have created one url(using localhost) and published

Right now i want to make that URL as public URL (in Internet)

for that i have searched by using AZURE we can do easily…But Please tell me any another approach to do without any cost

Can you say how you can do it with Azure? I am interested.
