Internet browser is not installed

Hello DUG

Version: NAV 2013 R2

When User tries to open a document within an approval entry, they are getting the below error even though the browser is installed and working (Internet Explorer)

Please help, i look forward to your suggestions…

Hi, in the registry look for this entry (if not exists, create it): HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Clients\StartMenuInternet and make sure that the “(Default)” value is set to IEXPLORE.EXE
