I’m using the pictureconvertor for importing jpg-pictures. This works great for pictures till a resolution from 1600x1200. When importing jpg-pictures with this resolution or higher the following error occures: Internal error 4 in module 42. Sometimes after this error has occured no jpg-pictures can be imported again. Has someone a solution for this problem.
I have found out the problem is not the resolution. The picture-convertor can’t work with long path- and/or filenames. The input-parameter can’t be longer then 38 characters.
