When I try to print an order within a new company I’ve setup, I receive the following error; “Interaction Template Setup Primary Key ‘’ does not exist”. I’ve tried copying all the records from the Interaction Template Table 5064 from Cronus to my new company, but with no success. Any ideas what would be causing this? TIA
Hi Skippy In the relationship management set-up I presume you have defined the interaction templates, and this have existing codes and groups set?
Darn! Beaten to it again!! [:D][:D] Steven is right - You need to check that the Interaction Template Setup table has been populated (Table 5122).
No hanging round there! I had defined the templates, but not the setup. I’d basically taken a stab at filtering out any tables named Interact* and copied in records from Cronus, but missed the setup table. Thanks again for the help
