Hi Attain 3.10A When i send an E-mail from the menu on the contact-card, it is propperly saved in interaction log. But when i push the “show” button nothing happens. Is this a setup thing? Regards Karl
'fraid not Karl - 3.10A does not store emails against the interaction logs - only word documents are stored as attachments. In 3.60 relationship management has outlook integration but it does have a few problems - namely, the interation log is linked to an outlook sent item - the email content is not actually stored in Navision I understand that this functionality has been progressed in 3.70 but I’m not entirely sure of the details yet.
