Installing NAV 2015: error message build 37874

hi guys am installing NAv 2015 into a machine that had already installed Nav 2013 but am getting an error before completion… error message

Can you confirm that .NET Framework 4.5.2 is installed on the machine? This used to be the main fault in my instances of this issue.

What are you installing it onto?
Are you sure your permissions are ok?
Have you checked if there is anything in the detailed error log or event viewer?
