Installing Microsoft FRx for Navision

I am trying to install Microsoft FRx for Navision. During the install, I get the following error:

ErrorNumber: 0x80131904

Description: The specified DTS Package (‘Name = ‘FRL_ACCT_CODE’; ID.VersionID = {[not specified]}.{[not specified]}’) does not exist.

Setup will now terminate.

Has anyone tried to install FRx and can help me with this error? This is being installed on SQL Server 2005 SP2 (32 bit) on Windows server 2003 (32 bit)
