My client has a requirement (who is using Navision 5.0 Native database(FDB database)) to access two databases from server(production as well as Test environment).
Can anyone help how to achieve this ? How to create two database servers in this case ?
Well, I’ve pretty much forgotten Native DB, can’t give you step-by-step instructions by heart, but it IS possible to have many Navision servers on single machine.
Installation CD contains a document, where the process is described in detail - Installation & System Management, C/SIDE database server (w1w1ism.pdf)/
