# Insert-Trigger was not called from a form???

Hi all, I have had a weird experience at one of my customers. They run a 3.60 HF24, on SQL2000. They have a heavily modified job-module, and one of the changes is on the OnInsert-trigger on t167. A series of new fields in t167 is filled, with data from other tables. In 2 cases these new fields has not been filled. A job was created from the job-card It seems exactly like the OnInsert-trigger on the table has not been called. Has anyone experienced anything like this? Has anyone any ideas on what could be the reason, and how I can make sure that this does not happen again. I have not been able to reconstruct the scenario. regards Alexander

I would say an issue with the code. Can you post it here so we can look.
